Prior-year partnership returns, financial reports, ownership information, contributions and distributions, and relevant asset records.
S corporations
The income tax return for a business taxed as an S corporation. Shareholder tax information is reported through the related Schedule K-1.

An LLC's federal tax return depends on its tax classification. The letters “LLC” alone don't tell us which return to prepare.
We'll discuss ownership, prior filings, and any tax elections so the engagement matches your situation.
What about state returns?
We have experience preparing returns in all 50 states. Tell us about the states connected to your income, business, estate, or trust so we can discuss the returns involved.
A clear scope.
A useful next step.
Start with an overview of your needs. We can then discuss prior-year filings, financial records, ownership or beneficiary information, and any changes that affect the work.
If records need attention before preparation can begin, we can discuss accounting or bookkeeping support as a separate part of the engagement.

Does every nonprofit file the same Form 990?
No. Annual filing requirements and the appropriate form or notice vary. We discuss your organization's status, activities, and financial information before agreeing on preparation work.
